Before becoming Team Solo-Mid, mouseSpaz managed to find success in the game’s early tournaments that are being hosted by third party organizers. In the T1 x Nerd Street Gamers Invitational, thanks to some exceptional play from Yassine “Subroza” Taoufik, mouseSpaz finished third, only losing to T1’s Team Brax and the eventual winners of the tournament in Gen.G. The now-TSM roster also picked up some first place finishes in the CLG Blitz Cup, Fragadelphia Social Distancing Open #2 as well as a third place finish in the Elite Esports – Rivalry Bowl North America, where Tayler “Drone” Johnson showed off his own impressive VALORANT skills.

The organization also announced that Taylor ‘tailored’ Broomall will be the team’s head coach. Tailored has previous experience as a coach, analyst and manager, working in the past for Boxr, Splyce, and Envy.

TSM’s newest players put out a statement, expressing their gratitude toward the TSM organization. “We’re thrilled to be working together with such an iconic organization. Deciding to move on from CS:GO to Valorant was a hard decision to make but with a prestigious organization like TSM backing you, it makes the whole thing way more exciting.”

The news from TSM comes only a day after Riot Games announced that VALORANT will be fully releasing on June 2nd. With the game set to exit its closed beta phase in just under two weeks, fans can expect to see more of their favorite esports organizations acquiring top tier free agents.
